I replaced all the electrolytic caps with brand new ones. Replaced the battery clip. Radio requires standard 9 Volt battery (not included). The radio receives lots of AM broadcast radio stations across the entire AM band. The audio is clear, and goes to full volume. There are NO cracks, chips, or dents. Channel Master 6506 AM Transistor Radio (1959) Channel Master 6506 AM Transistor Radio (1959).   SOLD!  Vintage 1959 Channel Master Model 6506 AM 6-Transistor radio. I serviced this radio with brand new electrolytic capacitors. I replaced the standard 9 volt battery clip with a new heavy duty one, and new battery holder. Cleaned the radio inside, and out. Retuned the circuits. The audio is clear, and goes to full volume. There is one chip in the upper rear left, and right corner of the radio. There are NO dents, or cracks in the radio. The radio requires 4 "AA" batteries (not included). This is a great radio to have during power outages. The radio receives from great distances. There are a few differences in this radio over the original 6506. Only one output for earphones. Different Logo on front. Leather case has felt inside. The electronic circuit is the same. I replaced all the electrolytic caps with brand new ones. Replaced the battery clip with new heavy duty one. Replaced the battery holder with brand new one. Radio requires four "AA" batteries (not included). Audio is clear, and goes to full volume. There are NO chips, cracks, or dents. I restored this radio with all brand new electrolytic capacitors. Replaced old worn wiring. Repaired battery tube. Retuned the circuits. Cleaned entire radio inside, and out. Radio receives lots of AM broadcast radio stations across the entire band. Audio is clear, and goes to full volume. I am listening to it right now, as I write this up. There is one chip in upper left rear case. The rest of the radio is good, NO cracks,or chips. The rocket outline is mostly visible. This radio requires 4 "AA" batteries (not included). Matsushita T-7 Pocket Transistor Radio (1962) Matsushita T-7 Pocket Transistor Radio (1962).   Vintage 1962 Matsushita Model T-7 AM 7-transistor pocket radio. You will also find this model radio under National, Panasonic, and the Matsushita Corp. names. Lots of history with this radio. I serviced this radio with a brand new heavy duty standard 9 Volt battery clip. Retuned the circuits. Audio is clear, and goes to full volume. Radio receives lots of AM broadcast radio stations across the entire band. You will see there are NO chips, cracks, or dents on this fine looking radio. Megatone Transistor Radio (1959-60) Megatone Transistor Radio (1959-60).   This is an early AM/FM Transistor set. Its black and chrome case is in very nice condition and appears to have been hardly used. This set does work but has a lower than normal volume, I know nothing about transistor sets so I leave it up to an expert to figure out what's the trouble with it. Comes with batteries.
