Atwater Kent 60C (1929) Atwater Kent 60C (1929).   SOLD!  This is a stunning and very special example of the Atwater Kent in a Federal cabinet. This style Federal cabinet was used in the Radiola 46 production, but without doors and slightly different ornamentation. I have not found another with this build or an AK chassis in it; Federal was probably using the last of their leftover inventory from the Radiolas and supplying them to Atwater Kent. The cabinet features Birdseye Maple with stunning inlays and all the correct toning that the original finish had. The chassis is the late-style and in incredibly good original condition! Fully restored, it's a strong performer for a TRF and is matched well with an excellent speaker. You will be hard-pressed to find cleaner examples! 48"H x 26"W x 17"D.  Keith Park.  $495.00.  (ends 6/25/2018)  (0000037)

Detrola 197 "Pee Wee" Detrola 197 "Pee Wee".   Beautiful marbleized brown Bakelite with wrap around louvers on the left side. The cord, which looks original, is very frayed so I cannot test it. The tuning dial has some stress lines, which is not uncommon. There is a fracture line extending from the front middle screw on the bottom that is hard to see. It is about 3 inches. The radio is very small at just 6-1/2"W x 4"H x 4"D. I will be happy to provide more photos if requested.   E-mail: mdelack@hotmail.com  $85.00 OBO.  (ends 5/26/2018)  (0000072)

Motorola 62X12U (1952) Motorola 62X12U (1952).   SOLD!  Once you say the title of this radio you're almost out of breath. It's quite a mouthful. As you can see it's an original Motorola factory painted ivory Bakelite case. I've not see many ivory sets in this good of condition. They're known to chip-a-lot! Apparently, it comes from a fanatically clean house! They polished it a lot! Thinning paint and a few scratches, but a keeper for sure! Electronically reconditioned and aligned with new paper and electrolytic capacitors and all out of tolerance resistors were replaced. The six tubes are strong. Plays good. On the Jim Dennis "Scale of Beauty" an 8+ Motorola! If you'd like additional pictures please let me know. 12-1/2"W x 7"H x 7"D.  Jim Dennis.  $155.00.  (ends 6/25/2018)  (0000066)

Philco 51-930 (1951) Philco 51-930 (1951).   Please allow me to clarify that this is one beautiful gray Philco Bakelite radio with the original factory paint job! In addition to being knock-down gorgeous it, not unlike a person, has a couple of "unique" personality characteristics. Specifically, a rub spot (see picture) from too much polishing though the years and something I've never seen before: the decorative brass plate is a bit out of kilter. A rare radio to be sure. The brass plate is intact and the two rivets that hold it on the case are original. It appears to be a factory oversight. Electronically reconditioned and aligned with new paper and electrolytic capacitors, and all out of tolerance resistors were replaced. The six tubes are strong. Plays very good with external antenna for greater station sensitivity. On the Jim Dennis "Scale of Beauty" "She's Good Lookin' and She sure can Cook" Special! If you'd like additional pictures please let me know. 13-1/4"W x 7-3/4"H x 7-3/4"D.  Jim Dennis.   E-mail: jimdnns@gmail.com  $180.00.  (ends 6/25/2018)  (0000067)
Philco 54C Philco 54C.   Refinished at some point in the past, it looks like some veneer has been removed. It plays local stations with some squeal and pop so I'm sure it needs some capacitor attention at least.  Jeff Moreland.   E-mail: metroman97@gmail.com  $65.00.  (ends 6/25/2018)  (0000021)

RCA Victor 3-RD-35 Clock Radio (About 1960) RCA Victor 3-RD-35 Clock Radio (About 1960).   This is a working five-tube clock radio from about 1960. It has been re-capped and has a full set of good tubes. The cabinet looks pretty nice. The only visible flaw is a crack on the very side of the clock cover. Looking at the unit head-on this is not seen (see pictures). The clock motor runs quietly. The radio is working well, but might benefit from just a little more tweaking on the alignment. The PC board has a bit of darkening around the 50C5 and 35W4 tubes, as is typical of PC board based sets of this time period. All in all, a decent tube type (five-tube) clock radio at an affordable price. This is well suited to a radio hobbyist who likes the styling and color of this unit. A cheater cord is included. Double-boxed shipping is an additional $25. This sounds expensive, but there is absolutely no profit being made on shipping. Properly packing and shipping a delicate and sometimes heavy item simply is not cheap. PayPal only, please.  Greg Plant.   E-mail: texasradiorestoration@gmail.com  $35.00.  (ends 6/25/2018)  (0000062)
Regenerative Tuner, Amplifier, Horn Speaker, Headphones (1920s) Regenerative Tuner, Amplifier, Horn Speaker, Headphones (1920s).   This radio set dates from 1923 or 1924. It is a two-tube regenerative type tuner with an audio amplifier that drives the horn or headphones. The horn and headphones have been checked using a 9 volt battery by touching the leads to the battery intermittently, producing a clicking, static sound. The last time the set was used was about 15 years ago; it was working then.
The power supply, photo #4, was built in the 1960's or 1970's by the original owner so that it can be run without batteries.
According to attached metal identification plates:
1. The tuner is a "Michigan 'Junior' Regenerative Receiver Type MRC-8 Manufactured by Klitzen Radio Manufacturing Company Exclusively for Michigan Radio Corporation Under Armstrong U.S. Patent 1,113,149, and Pending Letters of Patent 807,388. For Amateur and Experimental use only."
2. The tuner and amplifier are Michigan Radio Corp, Grand Rapids, Serial Numbers 1061 and 2027 respectively.
3. The speaker horn is Resonophone Mfg Co, Detroit Michigan, Patent Pending.
4. The headset is C. Brandes Inc, New York, Matched Tone, Patent Pending.

Stewart-Warner 1865 w/R186a Chassis (1938) Stewart-Warner 1865 w/R186a Chassis (1938).   Rare antique 1938 Stewart-Warner 14-Tube Console Radio 1865 Kutztown PA Deliver. Stunning looking Radio! Top of the Line S.W. radio! All Original Finish, few light scratches, no veneer issues. Radio is AM (stand broadcast), Police/Aircraft, and Shortwave bands. I was able to bring radio to full power with my dim bulb tester, but just got a hum sound. Dial Belt will need to be replaced, original knobs and all station push buttons are present. This radio also has 15 Station (magic keyboard) motorized tuning, which I could not test due to dial belt being off. The Dial Bezel has some warping to it, and has a crack lower middle area near Stewart-Warner name. The glass is cracked, but it is just clear glass, not printed on glass. Radio is available for pickup in the NY/NJ border area (end of Garden State Parkway) or I will deliver it to the Kutztown PA radio show Fri - Sat May 11th & 12th. Please look at the pictures and judge for yourself, rarely seen s/w console! Any questions, please ask.
