Bulova 2YC-23 AM/SW 7-Transistor Radio (1959). The very first radio I bought was one identical to this; that was in 1959. Cost me $60, which was a lot for a high school student back then (I lost it along the way). I bought this as a memento, and it works on AM using internal antenna, but needs a whip or wire antenna for SW. Tuning is "scratchy" at places; would benefit from a tuneup. It is missing the leather case, whip antenna and nut at the antenna port. Has what looks like a cigarette burn near the antenna port. I found another with the case and antenna and had it rebuilt, so this is an extra. I think it is a rare radio. Except for the burn is in excellent condition and quite heavy. Nice chrome front. Uses four "AA" batteries. 6"W x 3-1/4"H x 1-5/8"D. Phil Bartells. E-mail: email@example.com $59.95. (ends 12/21/2018) (0000098)
Emerson 509 Table Radio (1945/46). This is a nice tabletop radio that has been restored and works quite well. It has been completely recapped, all resistors and tubes checked and replaced as needed. Featuring five tubes and Super-Heterodyne design, it has the Broadcast band only. Has a loop antenna with original knobs, dial and speaker. Unsightly chip on the top right keeps me from listing on my Radio Attic site. 30 day warranty. Aux input cable (iPod, CD player, etc.) can be added for $25, and can be used with a Bluetooth receiver to stream tunes to the radio from your phone or other Bluetooth equipped device. 10-1/2"W x 7"H x 5-1/2"D. Phil Bartells. E-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org $125.00 OBO. (ends 12/21/2018) (0000134)
Hickok 620 TV Linear Pattern Generator (1949). This Crystal Controlled Linearity-Pattern (LP) Generator was designed to help the service man in the proper service of TV receivers. It can be used for many purposes, including: vertical & horizontal linearity adjustments (including hold controls), trouble shooting when no TV transmitter is on the air (like now), receiver sensitivity, horizontal deflection circuit for hum, and many other uses. It powers up but is untested and sold as-is (one of the screws on the front is stripped so it will have to be drilled out to get inside). Includes no power cord (cheater type needed) and no test cord. Original manual is included. I have digital copy of manual and can email to you, or visit this site for a free download. Shipping is extra: it weighs 10 lbs and is 11"W x 9"H x 7"D. Phil Bartells. E-mail: email@example.com $20.00. (ends 12/21/2018) (0000060)
