 Six tube post-war Westinghouse that is a strong performer with two 25L6 output tubes in push-pull, coupled with a large 6-inch diameter speaker. Unusual yet aesthetically pleasing cabinet design with top slide rule dial, lighted W emblem and four controls on the front panel (off/on/volume, tone, tuning and radio/phono). This has a built in RCA jack in the back that can be used for a phono or any other external audio device with a headphone port. Because this functions as would my usual 3.5mm aux cord, one was not added to this set. This is the wood cabinet version of the bakelike radio that could be detached from a phonograph, the model H122, using the same chassis. Nothing was refinished on this radio; the cabinet finish is all original as are the knobs, grille cloth and back cover. There is some age-related crazing and minor finish loss on top but all in all it's a remarkably well preserved 80-year-old radio. The chassis has been recapped, tubes tested strong, controls cleaned & lubricated, so it plays loud and clear across the dial with its built-in loop antenna.
