AM/SW. Completely original. Cabinet never refinished. I have owned this radio for over 50 years. Before I purchased it all of those years ago I remember a few caps had been replaced and it worked. Today I would be hesitant to power it up again without going through the chassis first. This set has the conical knobs which may identify it as a 1940 which is why I listed it as such. A 1941 sold on the Radio Attic but did not have these control knobs. I remember it was a very strong player.
