This ultra-cool five-tube RCA Golden Throat is one of the best sounding AM radios I've ever restored, with its three-position bass/mid/treble control and acoustic front panel (dubbed the "Bullhorn"). Plus it has a built-in RCA phono jack for your MP3 player or other external audio device (in lieu of my usual 3.5mm aux cord). A strong tested set of tubes, it has been recapped, controls cleaned/lubricated. It receives all of my local stations with its built-in loop antenna. Cabinet is all-natural finish and is crack free. There was some damage to the center gold speaker ring that was repaired. 13"W x 10"H x 8-1/2"D. Greg Van Beek. E-mail: nostalgiaradiotime@yahoo.com $129.00. (0000237)
